This Acceptable Use Policy ('Policy') sets out the rules and guidelines for using MyTappyPlace Ltd's ('we', 'us', or 'our') website at http://www.mytappyplace.co.uk (the 'Site') and our mobile application MyTappyPlace (the 'App'), collectively referred to as the 'Services'. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the Services.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The Services are intended to provide guided EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping sessions and wellbeing tracking for personal, non-commercial use.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
  • Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access or interact with the Services.

Content & Intellectual Property

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, download, display, or transmit any proprietary audio sessions, tapping scripts, visual content, or other intellectual property from the Services without our prior written consent.
  • Record, screen-capture, or otherwise duplicate the guided audio sessions or on-screen tapping prompts for redistribution or commercial use.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any content provided through the Services.

Advertising & Commercial Activity

  • Advertise, promote, or sell any goods or services through the Services.
  • Use the Services to conduct or promote any commercial or business activity without our prior written consent.
  • Use information obtained from the Services to contact other users for marketing or commercial purposes.

Content Moderation

We endeavour to monitor user-generated content areas, but we cannot guarantee real-time moderation of all content. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

  • Review, edit, or remove any content that violates this Policy at our sole discretion.
  • Suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user who breaches this Policy.
  • Report any activity that we believe may violate any law to the relevant authorities.

Reporting Violations

Consequences of Breach
