The MyTappyPlace app.

You carry a lot. This is for you.

Built by a social worker Evidence-informed techniques Use anytime, anywhere

MyTappyPlace uses EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to support nervous system regulation in moments of stress and overwhelm. When we feel anxious, it's because the brain is detecting threat, not because we're not coping.

Tapping is a body-based way to settle your nervous system. You tap gently on set points on your face and body while naming what you feel. It takes a few minutes, needs no equipment and fits into your working day.

Sound familiar?

Work in the caring professions is some of the toughest and most important work there is. Yet the people doing it are often left carrying stress, anxiety and secondary trauma alone. MyTappyPlace is for anyone in an emotionally demanding, people-facing role who wants practical support that fits into real life.

MyTappyPlace is for you if you:

Feel triggered at work

Carry stress home with you

Want to stay relationship-focused in difficult situations

Want to learn to self-regulate in minutes

Want a tool you can use anytime, anywhere

Not another wellness app.

Built by a qualified social worker and certified EFT practitioner, designed around the realities of high-demand professional roles, not generic wellness.

It uses EFT tapping, an evidence-informed technique with a growing body of research behind it

It draws on work-specific scenarios: a difficult meeting, after a stressful call, before going to court, when you're unable to sleep because you're thinking about that case

It focuses on regulation, not relaxation, because we need to feel safe to do our work well

It's designed to be used any time (before, during or after work) and anywhere (at your desk, in your car, even in the toilet cubicle at work)
