If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

14. WELLBEING DATA & RESEARCH USE
Our Services include periodic wellbeing questionnaires based on the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS). By completing these questionnaires, you consent to the following:
- Your individual responses are stored securely and linked to your account to provide you with personal progress tracking.
- We may use anonymised, aggregated questionnaire data for internal research purposes, including measuring the effectiveness of EFT tapping sessions across our user base.
- Anonymised data means your personal identifiers (name, email, user ID) are permanently removed before any analysis is conducted.
- We will never publish or share data in any form that could identify you personally.
- You may decline to complete any questionnaire without affecting your access to the core Services.
The WEMWBS is used under licence from the University of Warwick. Our use of this scale does not imply any endorsement of our Services by the University of Warwick.
Withdrawing from the Research Study
If you are participating in the MyTappyPlace evaluation study and wish to withdraw, you may do so at any time without giving a reason and without any negative consequences to your use of the app.

On receiving your withdrawal request we will:
- Remove your wellbeing questionnaire responses from the active research dataset within 14 days
- Delete your respondent record and associated data
- Confirm your withdrawal in writing by email
Please note: if your data has already been anonymised and included in aggregate analysis, it may not be possible to identify and remove your individual contribution at that stage. Anonymised aggregate data contains no information that could identify you personally.
Withdrawal from the research study does not affect your right to continue using the MyTappyPlace app, subject to the terms of your subscription or evaluation access.
15. USER FEEDBACK & TESTIMONIALS
