How's your nervous system? A two-minute check-in
A quick, private check-in for social workers and people in caring roles. Think about the past two weeks. There are no right or wrong answers, and your answers aren't saved.
This is a reflection tool, not a diagnosis or a clinical assessment.
What this check-in is based on
This check-in uses the idea of the window of tolerance: the zone where we can feel stress and still think clearly and stay connected to the people we support. Under sustained pressure, we can move above that window into feeling on high alert, or below it into feeling flat and switched off. You can read more in my guide to nervous system regulation for social workers.
