Ongoing support

For ongoing support with your mental health, speak to your GP. Many employers also offer an employee assistance programme, with free, confidential counselling. Your manager or HR team can tell you how to access it.

If tapping brings up strong feelings

EFT tapping can sometimes bring difficult memories or emotions to the surface. If that happens, stop the session, take some slow breaths and ground yourself by noticing your feet on the floor. If the feelings don't settle, use one of the services above.

MyTappyPlace is a self-help wellbeing tool. It isn't a crisis service, a treatment service or a replacement for professional mental health care. We can't respond to messages in an emergency, and our inbox isn't monitored around the clock.

If you're struggling to cope, having thoughts of suicide or harming yourself, or feeling unsafe, please reach out for support now. You don't have to wait until things feel unbearable.
